  • Carry an Aadhaar card as well as the bank passbook photocopies to the nearest Bank of India branch.

  • Visit the Bank of India’s official website.

  • Choose ‘Retail Banking.’

  • Submit a username for net banking and a password to log in.

  • Tap the button ‘Registration of Aadhaar Number in Internet Banking’.

  • Type the Aadhaar UID (12 digits). 

  • Submit the savings account number of the Bank of India. Finally, the users can check the status by tapping the “Inquiry” option.

  • You can also use the third option to link Aadhaar To Bank Of India account, with the help of ATM-cum-Debit card by following the below steps as follows;

  • Visit the nearest Bank Of India(BOI) ATM Machine.

  • Swipe the ATM card for the Bank of India Aadhaar link to get connected to ATM services. 

  • Tap ‘Other Services’ from the menu shown on the screen.

  • Choose ‘Aadhaar Registration’ as the fourth step.

  • Submit the Aadhar card number..

  • Carefully enter it again, then hit Confirm.

Linking Aadhaar To Bank Of India Account Via an SMS/IVRS

Bank of India still does not offer an online platform to link Aadhaar cards to the bank accounts of its customers. They also failed to enable this service by SMS or ATM. Individuals would be eligible to access the true benefit of every government public distribution program, such as the LPG subsidy, the government pension scheme, etc. by linking the Aadhaar card to their bank account. It would also decrease the likelihood of theft or misuse of public funds by other persons since the money will be debited directly from the approved account of the person concerned.
